At The Pavilion

The Heartbeat of Our Community

The Pavilion at Woolmer Hill serves as the clubhouse and gathering place for many beloved local sports teams and community groups. Generations of residents have created lifelong memories on these fields and courts.

We already offer a great space for our members to gather with our recently refurbished kitchen providing hot food and match teas. And our fully stocked bar serves up refreshments for after the final whistle blows.

However, our aging facility itself is in dire need of repairs and upgrades. The roof leaks, the flooring is worn, storage is limited, and accessibility issues prevent some from entering. We’ve outgrown our space for meetings, events, clinics, and more.

Our volunteer board has big dreams for improving The Pavilion not just for our members, but for the whole community. We envision opening up this space for public use – a place where all residents can gather for events, functions, meetings, and more. We want to make it wheelchair accessible, upgrade the catering facilities, and make it available for private rentals. This will provide more revenue for member clubs as well as enable us to host community fundraisers.
